Starfish Haiti Project Featured on Fox 17
A member of Project Starfish Haiti, Chad Dupin, was recently interviewed by the local Fox News affiliate at Daybreak Church about their upcoming trip to Haiti.
Fresh Water!
The kids are now receiving fresh water with the arrival of the generator. The generator was made possible by Roberto Herrera, CEO of CESPM, and the transportation was made possible by Dr. Luis Asilis, CEO of Group Metro. Both of these gentlemen are members of YPO in the Dominican Republic.

600 Gallons of Milk Donated!
Today Project Starfish Haiti confirmed the donation of 12,000 cartons (600 gallons) of milk to be donated to WHI for the children of Haiti. The donation has been made by Mr. Pedro Brache, CEO of Grupo Rica in the Dominican Republic. He is a member of YPO.
Haiti Relief Donations Qualify for Immediate Tax Relief
Taxpayers who itemize deductions on their 2009 return qualify for this special tax relief provision, enacted Jan. 22. Only cash contributions made to these charities between Jan. 11 – March 1, 2010, are eligible.
300 Mattresses Donated!
Anatomic Global donated 300 mattresses to the orphanage in Leogane. Check out their Press Release of the full Haiti efforts. Thanks also to Bruno Ramos of BEA International out of Miami, Florida for coordinating the transportation of the mattresses. Bruno is a YPO member.
